we offer to rent from November/December 2010 a luxus villa in a very suitable location. 10 Kilometer far away from Tirana city center, 5 Kilometer far away from the Tirana Airport and 20 Kilometer far away from Durres.

For all those interested we offer a small representation of the luxury villa "Niclas", which will be finished on November/December 2010. Through the pages and photos to follow we try to give you not just an insight into the gerneral view of this villa, but also to go into the details of it.
